RE: NEW TREATMENT RATES, REMINDERS FOR MODES OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED and CANCELLATION POLICY and FIRST VISIT / TREATMENT or MASSAGE APPOINTMENT INFORMATION
A. NEW TREATMENT RATES EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 11, 2025:
1 hour = $ 130.00
For the following appointments, please CONTACT TO BOOK:
- 75 minutes = $ 165.00
- 90 minutes = $ 195.00
- 2 hours = $ 260.00 (same amount as previously)
B. MODES OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED and DIRECT BILLING REMINDERS:
The clinic is happy to continue to offer direct billing to most insurance providers for your convenience.
But since December 2023,
THE CLINIC ONLY ACCEPTS E TRANSFER AND CASH FOR THE PATIENT PORTION.
C. NO SHOW / LATE CANCELLATION POLICY REMINDER:
Please be reminded that each patient of the clinic has agreed and signed a LATE CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY on their iinitial ntake form on the first visit.
While there may be a credt card information collected initially at that time, said CREDIT CARD ON FILE WILL ONLY BE CHARGED in the event of a No Show or a Late Cancellation with less than a 24 hour notice provided.
D. FIRST VISIT and WHAT A TREATMENT / APPOINTMENT WILL INCLUDE :
FIRST VISIT
The first visit will only be booked for a new patient with a minimum 75 minutes. It can also be increased to a 90 minute or 2 hour appointment if the patient prefers, Please contact RMT directly to book a first visit.
WHAT TO EXPECT DURING AN APPOINTMENT / MASSAGE TREATMENT:
* Interview
* Assessment and / or Testing
* Hands on massage therapy
* Re-assessment
* Home care for the patient
This may include a modification to ADL’s (Activities of Daily Living - patient’s routine, Stretching and / or Strengthening exercise, a referral to the patient’s Medical provider or to another health care professional, or patient education.
JUST A NOTE:
Please know that I am very mindful of the continuous rise of cost for families everywhere, but the clinic also takes into consideration all the patients’ needs while taking into account the maintenance of the clinic.
Allow me to apologize if this increase in cost will prove to cause an undue hardship on your part as a patient. I encourage you to please do not hesitate to reach out if this is the case. As always, your confidentiality will be respected and we can discuss how we can continue to help with your self care as I would not like this to be a deterrent for you to have the treatment that you need.

RE: MEDICAL LEAVE
Please note that the clinic will be closed from June 4 - 22, 2025 due to a surgery I will be having and the post-op recovery that I need to follow.

RE: MODES OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED and TREATMENT RATES FOR 2024
Just a gentle reminder that while the clinic still offers direct billing to insurance providers,
WE ONLY ACCEPT E-TRANSFER and CASH payments (for the patient portion).
Credit cards on file WILL ONLY BE CHARGED in the event of a No Show or a Late Cancellation according to the Late Cancellation Policy.
Please be advised that starting January 01, 2024,
the treatment rate will be $ 126.00 per hour. (Rates will change accordingly for the 75 - 90 minute treatments respectively as well).
I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your understanding as I navigate through the rising costs of maintaining the clinic.

Jane is a proud alumna of West Coast College of Massage Therapy in New Westminster, B.C. where she was conferred the Harry Goldstein Leadership Award. Her affiliations include being a current Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of B.C. and a member of the Registered Massage Therapists Association of B.C.
She is drawn to and practices Hot Stone therapeutic massage, Myofascial Release, Stretching to complement the General Swedish Massage techniques in her treatments which she learned extensively during her education in school and continuing education post-graduation.
The school’s student-run clinic, diverse in reach and outreach clinics provided her invaluable learning opportunities which helped shape how she wants to direct her own practice as a Registered Massage Therapist - patient-based care towards good health and wellness. While the focus may be on primarily treating patients’ pain, discomfort, or decreased mobility - the treatment plan’s progression towards preventive care against further pain and injury is a major consideration. This coupled with excellent and warm customer service is one she prides herself in and was both humbled and honored to be the recipient of several awards and nominations in her past career.
Jane is a strong proponent of patient education and believes that as the patient can be further engaged to take charge and be more proactive with the therapist to help reach their goals and maintain a pain-free and healthy lifestyle.
She has recently moved locally with her husband, 2 young children and their puppy, Button, and loves spending time with them every chance she gets. They bond over cooking & baking, food, volunteering, and enjoy exploring Mission. Their family is grateful for the opportunity to know more locals, be truly immersed in this community, and continue to be a part of giving back to Mission.
